The Swiss Diamond XD Nonstick 28cm Fry Pan is the everyday family-size pan: enough room for four eggs, a stir-fry for two, or a couple of chicken breasts with vegetables. The diamond-reinforced XD coating browns like stainless steel yet releases food effortlessly, so you can cook with little or no oil and rinse the pan clean with hot, soapy water: no scrubbing, no soaking.

The extra-thick cast aluminium body spreads heat evenly with no hot spots and transfers it so efficiently that low to medium heat is usually all you need. The perfectly flat base will not tip, spin or warp, the interior is rivet-free, and the ergonomic handle stays cool on the stovetop. The lip is shaped for splatter control and easy flipping. PFOA-free and oven-safe up to 260°C. For gas, electric and ceramic cooktops. Made in Switzerland.
