A steam vent inside the lid knob can be easily opened and closed, releasing or containing moisture as the chef needs it. The cover is a perfect fit for the Swiss Diamond Fry Pan, Saute Pan, Soup Pot, and Casserole - either the standard or induction model. As with all Swiss Diamond cookware, the lid is oven-safe up to 260 C (500 F). Allow the lid to cool completely before washing. Swiss Diamond heat-tempered glass lids make it easy to monitor your food while it cooks.
