The diamond-reinforced XD nonstick coating is PFOA-free and rivet-free inside, with the food release to cook without added oil or butter and to clean with nothing more than warm water and a soft, soapy sponge.

The extra-thick cast aluminium base gives uniform heat distribution, so sauces do not catch and you rarely need more than medium heat. The ergonomic handles stay cool on the stovetop and the brushed stainless steel flame guard makes it easy to carry from cooktop to table. The heat-tempered glass lid has an adjustable steam vent for moisture control. Oven-safe up to 260°C. For gas, electric and ceramic cooktops. Made in Switzerland.
