The Swiss Diamond XD Nonstick 20cm Fry Pan gives you a little more room than the 18cm without taking over the cooktop: omelettes, a couple of fried eggs, pancakes, or a single steak. The diamond-reinforced XD coating gives a tougher cooking surface and superior food release, so you can cook with little or no oil or butter, and clean-up is a rinse with hot, soapy water.

The extra-thick cast aluminium body transfers heat so efficiently that you rarely need more than low to medium heat. The perfectly flat base will not tip, spin or warp, the interior is rivet-free, and the ergonomic handle stays cool on the stovetop. PFOA-free and oven-safe up to 260°C. For gas, electric and ceramic cooktops. Made in Switzerland.
