The thick, heavy bottom prevents burning while the 100% recycled cast aluminum construction warms contents evenly which means less stirring is required. The heat-tempered glass lid makes it easy to monitor your food while it cooks and features an adjustable steam vent for moisture control.
Designed for use on all gas and electric stovetops. Oven-safe up to 500°F/260°C.
Also available in two larger sizes - 2.2 qt and 3.2 qt. Safe for dishwasher use but handwashing is recommended.
