Order Delivery Time
Orders will be dispatched the same or next business day after processing.
Estimated delivery times:
Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and South Australia: 2–5 business days
Queensland: 3–7 business days
Western Australia and Northern Territory: 5–14 business days
A current phone number and email address are required to ensure quick and prompt delivery and communication.

We charge a flat fee of AUD 14.99 for Australia-wide shipping.
Returns Policy
For returns that are change of mind or ordering the incorrect item, it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the goods unopened and unused at their expense. A refund will then be issued for the product purchase value only. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5–10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3–5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process your refund request (5–10 business days).
