This 6.8 liter Swiss Diamond XD Braiser makes a great addition to any kitchen. At 32cm this truly is an all-purpose pan for the beloved cook of your family. Tough enough for searing large portions of meats such as beef shoulder, yet gentle enough to saute delicate vegetables like broccolini. Plus, the new Swiss Diamond XD coating features 20 percent more diamond crystals, increasing this pan's durability and food release properties. The two loop handles make for easier lifting, and the adjustable vents on the tempered glass lid prevent the moisture from escaping and allow heat to easily circulate. Move this pan to the oven to finish the meal (up to 500 F) and when you are done simply use soap and water to clean our new and improved diamond-reinforced XD coating. Made in Switzerland.
