Swiss Diamond XD Nonstick Japanese Omelette Frypan (Tamagoyaki)
The Swiss Diamond XD Nonstick Japanese Omelette Pan (makiyakinabe).
Internal Dimensions 13cm x 18cm x 3cm
Made for tamagoyaki, the Japanese rolled egg omelette often eaten in bento boxes or as nigiri sushi. The pan features the Swiss Diamond XD diamond-reinforced coating, with 20% more diamond crystals than our previous HD coating, and is designed to cook the egg layers quickly and evenly.
The pan is designed to be used with little or no oil or butter, and the tamagoyaki slides out with no scrubbing or soaking afterwards. The body is cast aluminium; according to Swiss Diamond's manufacturing documentation, it is cast from 100% recycled aluminium. The base is flat, and the handle is ergonomically shaped, welded in place and made of thermoplastic resin designed to stay cool on the stovetop.
Oven-safe up to 260°C. Made in Switzerland.
