The solid flat base is 19cm in diamater and wont warp. Oven-safe up to 260 C°.
Having a 26cm top edge diameter, depth of 5cm, and holding up to 2.3 liters makes it easy to cook and toss food without mess.
The even heat distribution and superior Swiss Diamond non-stick HD coating performance are crucial factors in successful stir-frying, simmering, and braising.
It is spacious enough for family portions, without taking up all the room of a full-size wok. It's 26cm heat-tempered glass lid is clear for see-through convenience and has an integrated steam vent allowing you to easily steam foods.
