Perfect for Tamagoyaki, a Japanese rolled egg omelet commonly eaten in bento boxes or as nigari sushi. This pan now features the new Swiss Diamond XD diamond-reinforced coating containing 20% more diamond crystals. With the new XD formula, this pan is designed specifically to cook the egg layers quickly and evenly with superior nonstick performance.
Worried about your delicate egg dishes sticking to the sides of your pan? This pan provides incredible nonstick properties and is engineered to be used without oil or butter. Like magic, your Tamagoyaki slides right out of the pan and no scrubbing or soaking necessary when washing. The 100% recycled cast aluminum construction of this pan is 40% more durable than our HD and ensures the body of the pan never warps, tips or spins while cooking. Additionally, the handle is ergonomically shaped for your comfort, welded in place and is made of thermoplastic resin which ensures they stay cool on the stovetop.
