Make sauces, soups and gravies with the Swiss Diamond XD Induction 3 litre Saucepan with Lid. The extra-thick cast aluminium base is flat and heats evenly, making a good base for sauces. The XD nonstick coating contains 20 percent more diamonds than the previous Swiss Diamond HD coating.
Swiss Diamond XD features an improved seal between the cooking surface and the aluminium base. The ergonomic handles are designed to stay cool on the stovetop and are oven-safe up to 260°C. Low to medium heat is recommended. The tight-fitting, heat-tempered glass lid makes monitoring easy and has an adjustable steam vent for moisture control. The XD coating is designed to be used with little or no added oil or butter. Made in Switzerland.

Use & care
