The Swiss Diamond XD coating contains 20 percent more diamonds than our previous HD coating. With similar proportions to a Dutch oven, the Swiss Diamond XD 28cm Braiser is approximately 10cm deep with a 5-litre capacity, ideal for pot roast, goulash, ratatouille, Irish stew and more. The body is thick cast aluminium and heats evenly. Take the Braiser from stovetop to oven to table: it is oven-safe up to 260°C. The heat-tempered glass lid lets you watch your food and has an adjustable steam vent for moisture control. Returns & warranty
Change of mind: return new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return postage is at your cost. Wrong or faulty item? Contact us and we'll pay the return shipping. Our cookware carries a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Use & care
Cook on low to medium heat and don't leave an empty pan on the heat. Use silicone or wooden utensils and avoid nonstick cooking sprays. Hand washing in warm, soapy water is recommended. Read the full Use & Care guide.
