This versatile 4.2 litre Nonstick Saute Pan with Lid suits meat, vegetables, sauces and more. The Swiss Diamond XD nonstick coating gives excellent food release, so cleanup is easy. It contains 20 percent more diamonds than our previous HD coating, and the cooking surface is rivet-free. The body is extra-thick cast aluminium, and low to medium heat is recommended.
The brushed stainless steel flame guard finishes the design. The XD coating is made without PFOA and lets you cook with little or no added oil or butter. The ergonomic handle fits comfortably in your hand for tossing and flipping. Start on the stovetop and finish in the oven: this pan is oven-safe up to 260°C. The heat-tempered glass lid lets you monitor your food and has an adjustable steam vent for moisture control. Made in Switzerland.

Use & care
