With a cooking depth of approximately 6cm, this 3.5 litre Sauteuse with Lid fits on an oven rack and sits comfortably on the stovetop for easy stirring. The XD nonstick coating has 20 percent more diamonds than our previous HD coating. After making seafood paella, jambalaya or risotto, wash with hot water and soap.
The pan features an improved seal between the cooking surface and the aluminium base. The extra-thick cast aluminium body has a flat base and a rivet-free cooking surface. Low to medium heat is recommended. The XD coating is designed to be used with little to no oil or butter. Oven-safe up to 260°C, with a coating made without PFOA. Made in Switzerland.

Returns & warranty

Use & care
Cook on low to medium heat and don't leave an empty pan on the heat. Use silicone or wooden utensils and avoid nonstick cooking sprays. Hand washing in warm, soapy water is recommended. Read the full Use & Care guide.
