This versatile pan is designed with an angled, vertical edge for a generous cooking surface.
The solid flat base is 19cm in diameter. Oven-safe up to 260°C.
Having a 26cm top edge diameter, depth of 5cm, and holding up to 2.3 litres makes it easy to cook and toss food without mess.
The Swiss Diamond HD nonstick coating suits stir-frying, simmering and braising.
It is spacious enough for family portions, without taking up all the room of a full-size wok. Its 26cm heat-tempered glass lid is clear for see-through convenience and has an integrated steam vent allowing you to easily steam foods.

Use & care
