Heavy-duty cast aluminium construction. According to Swiss Diamond's manufacturing documentation, the body is cast from 100% recycled aluminium. Ergonomically designed handles stay cool on the stovetop.
The diamond-reinforced coating makes clean-up easy with warm water and a soapy sponge. Suitable for use on all gas and electric stovetops.
Heat-tempered glass lid features an adjustable steam vent to control moisture. Oven-safe up to 260°C.
