Tempered Glass Lid - 16 cm
Created to cover the Swiss Diamond Saucepan, this 16cm glass lid can also be used on any 16cm cookware, with its stainless steel rim for a secure fit. The heat-tempered glass lets you see your food without lifting the lid. The adjustable vent in the knob releases or contains steam as you open and close it, to help thicken sauces and gravies or keep vegetables from drying out. It can be used in the oven up to 260°C. Avoid immersing a hot lid in cold water; allow it to cool completely before washing.
