The special construction of the Nonstick Clad line features a solid foundation of five layers including an 18/0 magnetic stainless steel base, alternating pure and alloy aluminum, and an 18/10 stainless steel layer reinforced with our revolutionary diamond nonstick coating. These bonded layers allow for the heat to be distributed evenly throughout the pan, removing all possibilities of hotspots. Oven safe up to 500°F (260°C), ideal for all cooktops, and a handle designed to fit comfortably in the hand and allow for maximum control. This versatile saute pan is perfect for sauteing, searing, and browning foods with no spatter, thanks to its high sides.
