The Nonstick Clad line has a solid foundation built from five layers comprised of an 18/0 magnetic stainless steel base layer, alternating layers of pure and alloy aluminum, closed with an 18/10 stainless steel layer topped with Swiss Diamonds XD coating, making this the most prestigious line in cookware. This special construction, combined with coating, enables cooking with even heat distribution without hot spots and the cookware will never warp or bend. Nonstick Clad is oven-safe up to 500°F (260°C) and features handles designed to fit comfortably and allow for maximum control. This Dutch oven is ideal for cooking soups, stews, pasta, sauces, braising meat, and blanching vegetables.
