Will this work on my cooktop?
Every CXD piece has an induction-ready base and suits all cooktops. XD+ and HD come in standard and induction versions, so check the product page. For the best results, match the pan's base to your cooktop zone.
Does a lid come with the pan?
It depends on the product. The product title says when a glass lid is included. CXD fry pans are sold without a lid; matching CXD lids are sold separately in the Lids collection.
What is your returns policy?
For change of mind, return new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return postage is at your cost. If you received a wrong or faulty item, we'll pay the return shipping. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
What does the warranty cover?
CXD, XD+, HD and Premium Steel cookware carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Glass lids, lid knobs and handles aren't covered by the warranty. See Warranty Information.
