With an 8 litre capacity and a 28cm diameter, the Swiss Diamond XD Nonstick Stock Pot is made for slow, gentle simmering of stocks, soups, stews and chilli, and for boiling large batches of pasta. Also called a cook's pot, it is coated with Swiss Diamond's diamond-reinforced XD nonstick formula for a tougher cooking surface and better food release: no soaking after hours of simmering, just hot water and a soapy sponge.

The PFOA-free coating lets you cook without added oil. The cast aluminium body heats evenly and will not warp, and the heat-tempered glass lid has a knob with an adjustable steam vent. Oven-safe up to 260°C. For gas, electric and ceramic cooktops. Made in Switzerland.
